MedhaIQ provides AI-powered career intelligence services, including but not limited to:

• AI interview simulations
• Career readiness assessments
• Interview scorecards
• Personalized coaching insights
• Progress tracking
• Voice-enabled interview experiences
• Professional development analytics

The platform is intended solely for learning, preparation, and professional development.

05. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit proprietary technology.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Use automated tools to scrape platform content.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use MedhaIQ for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination.

06. AI-Generated Content

MedhaIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, evaluate responses, and provide coaching insights.

AI-generated outputs are produced using probabilistic models and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or interpretations that do not reflect objective fact. Users should exercise independent judgment when relying on AI-generated feedback.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated feedback is informational.
• Results may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
• AI evaluations are not professional employment advice.
• AI outputs should support—not replace—your own judgment.

MedhaIQ does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, promotions, or career advancement.

07. Professional Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for:

• Decisions made using MedhaIQ.
• Information included in resumes and profiles.
• Job applications.
• Interview responses.
• Career decisions.

Employers make their own hiring decisions independently of MedhaIQ.

08. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, designs, branding, AI workflows, scoring methodologies, reports, graphics, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of MedhaIQ unless otherwise stated.

This includes, without limitation, our proprietary interview methodologies, evaluation frameworks, scoring models, prompt engineering, software architecture, visual design, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal and internal professional development.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property.

09. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you upload, including:

• Resumes
• Career history
• Interview responses
• Documents
• Personal profile information

By using MedhaIQ, you grant us a limited license to process this information solely for providing and improving the services described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Packages & Payments

MedhaIQ offers one-time, prepaid packages ("Packages") that grant access to specific features and a defined pool of AI interview minutes, valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a Package, you agree that:

• Fees are billed once, at the time of purchase, for the Package selected.
• Package access and any included minutes are available only for the validity period stated at checkout.
• We may modify the features, pricing, or minute allowances of Packages offered in the future; changes do not affect a Package you have already purchased.
• Taxes may apply where required by law.

Failure to complete payment will result in the Package not being granted.

11. Welcome Offers & Free Access

MedhaIQ may offer a one-time Welcome Offer or other limited free access to new users. Where offered:

• Free access is limited in scope and available once per user, subject to abuse-prevention checks.
• The features and limits included are determined by the offer in effect at the time.
• We may modify or discontinue Welcome Offers or free-access programs at any time.

12. Beta & Experimental Features

We may make certain features available as beta, preview, early access, or experimental functionality. These features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time and may not perform to the same standard as generally available services.

13. Service Modifications

We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features, functionality, or services from time to time as the platform evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.

14. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise:

• Package purchases are non-refundable once completed.
• Unused minutes or features remaining at the end of a Package's validity period are not refunded or carried over.

15. Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to MedhaIQ. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Infrastructure failures
• Security updates
• Third-party provider outages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

17. Third-Party Services

MedhaIQ relies on trusted third-party providers for services such as:

• Authentication
• Cloud infrastructure
• AI processing
• Voice processing
• Payment processing
• Email communications

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Voice-enabled features involve real-time transmission of your audio to our voice infrastructure providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of MedhaIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and manage your personal information.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

MedhaIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedhaIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MedhaIQ during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedhaIQ, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.
• Content you upload or submit.

22. Termination

You may stop using MedhaIQ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
• Continued access presents security or legal risks.

Termination does not affect obligations that survive by their nature.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MedhaIQ regarding your use of the Services.

Material updates will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of MedhaIQ after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
