What is MedhaIQ?
MedhaIQ is a Continuous Career Intelligence platform that combines adaptive AI-powered interviews, Resume Intelligence, Job Description analysis and 5-Vector diagnostic feedback to help users build and assess career readiness.
Who is MedhaIQ designed for?
Professionals preparing for high-stakes career moments — job interviews, promotions, or a role transition — who want structured, evidence-based practice rather than generic tips.
How do I get started?
Create an account, set your target role and seniority, and start your first interview. Your first session includes a one-time welcome allowance of AI Interview Minutes at no cost.
Do I need to upload a resume or Job Description?
No. You can start an interview with just a target role. Where supported, adding your resume and a Job Description gives the platform more context to work with.
02 — Adaptive AI Interviews
How does a MedhaIQ interview work?
You have a live, voice-based conversation with an AI interviewer. Questions are generated and adapted in real time based on your role, seniority, and your answers as the session progresses.
Are interview questions pre-written?
No. Questions are generated dynamically for your target role rather than pulled from a fixed script.
What does MedhaIQ evaluate during an interview?
Your responses are assessed for structure, depth of expertise, strategic reasoning, communication, and leadership and execution signal — the five dimensions behind your 5-Vector Intelligence report.
How does STAR detection work?
For behavioral questions, the platform looks for Situation, Task, Action, and Result structure in your answer, and reflects how clearly that structure came through in your feedback.
Can I practice the same target role multiple times?
Yes. You can run additional sessions against the same target role to track how your responses evolve.

What is an AI Interview Persona?
A persona is a distinct interviewer style and difficulty level you can select for your session.
Why should I practice with different personas?
Different personas ask questions differently and push on different areas, which helps you prepare for a wider range of real interview styles rather than one fixed pattern.
How many personas are available with each plan?
Explorer includes 1 persona. Growth includes 3 personas. Leadership includes all 6 available personas.
04 — Intelligence & Scoring
What happens after I complete an interview session?
You receive a scored report built from your session, covering your performance across all five vectors along with narrative feedback on your strongest and weakest responses.
What is the difference between Resume Intelligence and live interview evaluation?
Resume Intelligence reviews your resume as a document. Live interview evaluation scores your actual spoken responses during the session. They assess different things and aren't interchangeable.
What does the 5-Vector framework measure?
Five dimensions: Structure, Domain Expertise, Strategic Thinking, Communication, and Leadership & Execution. Each is scored from your interview session and shown in your report.
05 — AI Minutes & Credit Packs
What are AI Interview Minutes?
AI Interview Minutes are the time-based allowance that powers your live interview sessions.
What consumes AI Minutes?
Time spent in a live interview session — completed or ended early — draws from your available minutes.
What does not consume AI Minutes?
Setting up your profile, browsing the Role Library or Company Library, and reviewing past reports do not use any of your minutes.
Is MedhaIQ a monthly subscription?
No. There are no recurring subscriptions. Explorer, Growth, and Leadership are one-time packages, and additional minutes can be purchased as needed.
How long are purchased credits valid?
Paid credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Explorer's welcome minutes are a one-time allowance granted when you join, separate from any purchased pack.
06 — Privacy & Responsible AI
Is my uploaded data protected?
Yes. MedhaIQ protects your uploaded data using encryption in transit and appropriate access controls. Your information is used to provide your interviews, reports, and platform experience, and is not sold to advertisers.
How does MedhaIQ use personal data?
Your personal data is used to provide and operate MedhaIQ — including running interviews, generating reports, and maintaining your account and platform experience. We do not use your personal data for advertising or behavioral tracking.
Does MedhaIQ sell personal data?
No. MedhaIQ does not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.
Does MedhaIQ use customer data to train public AI models?
No. MedhaIQ does not use your personal information to train publicly available AI models.
Does MedhaIQ make automated hiring decisions?
No. AI evaluations are designed to support learning, self-improvement, and interview preparation. They are not automated hiring decisions and shouldn't be read as guarantees of employment outcomes.
